InSET is governed and managed by an Executive Committee (EC) constituted by the General Body. Executive Committee consists of highly experienced development professionals from various streams such as economics, sociology, medicine, management, agriculture, and law.

 Sreedharan Nair  President
A down to earth development and management practitioner with more than 27 years experience in Corporate and NGO sectors. Many years of his working at grass roots level with a no. of national level NGOs in various positions, he could realise the real problem the poor people are facing. Thus, he saw a need for venturing into founding an organisation that can fulfil the unmet needs of those unreached. This gave the birith to InSET. A large no. of developmental programs/projects in the areas of health, education , primary health care, income generation, micro financing, women empowerment, and SHG formation and management have been implemented by him in more than 12 states of India . Being a practical trainer on a no. of developmental topics, he acted as Resource person in a large no. of training programs. He has also proved his ability in M & E by implementing/taking up evaluatiion of more than 18 projects in various states. He has to his credit 16 published articles on subjects as varied as Health, Poverty, human development, personnel selection and development, and micro financing.

A social worker with a human touch. Assisted various NGOs with their documentation aspects.

A practical bean- counter, who has a strong mind for analysis of figures and critical weighing of income against expenditure.

Lawyer by profession, he has a weeping mind for the downtrodden and the unreached. Helped many NGOs to score a legal point in developmental issues.
 Mrs V Sati  Joint Treasurer
A social worker with more than 15 years of experience in NGO sector helping implement various developmental projects of reputed organisations. Has a worthy practical experience in managing women groups.
 D. C. Bhat  Member
A development professional with more than 30 years of exposure in large national /international development organisations. For some time, he worked as documentation specialist in an international NGO. Has long years of experience in administration and management of programs.
 Mrs Sasikala K  Member
A social worker by instinct and interest, she helped various communities and women groups achieve their social and economic empowerment and also raised voice for their rights.
